Aura 4

v0.3.0

Real-time sync reaches parity across the team

Status changes, focus timers, and task moves now propagate to every teammate in under 200 ms — including on slow networks.

  • added
  • fixed

A short, focused release. The big story is real-time sync, which has been quietly broken for our power users on weak Wi-Fi.

Added

  • Reconnection state machine. When your network drops, Aura now buffers your edits locally and replays them on reconnect. The UI tells you "3 changes queued" so you are never guessing whether your work was saved.
  • Connection quality indicator. A small dot in the top bar: green for live, amber for slow, red for offline. Click it for a per-channel breakdown.

Changed

  • The default refresh interval dropped from 30 s to 5 s. Real-time now actually means real-time.
  • Task ordering on the board is now stable across reloads — we sort by (priority desc, updatedAt desc) server-side instead of trusting the client's last sort.

Fixed

  • Status flicker on tab focus. Switching back to the Aura tab would briefly show the last-known status, then snap to the live one. The "stale-while-revalidate" race is fixed.
  • A long-standing bug where two teammates editing the same task title would overwrite each other silently. The second writer now sees a non-blocking conflict notice.
  • Notifications fired by AI Pulse were duplicating in the inbox when the same event arrived over both SSE and the poll fallback. We dedupe by eventId.
