Yes — every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to the entire product with no credit card required. Invite your whole team, try it on real work, and only subscribe when you’re ready. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — you’re never charged automatically.
You can keep the Team plan up to 15 active builders. Adding a 16th nudges you to upgrade to Sovereign Enterprise. We never block your work mid-sprint — the upgrade is a single click in settings.
When your 14-day free trial ends, you subscribe through PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or any major debit or credit card. There’s no charge during the trial; your subscription starts only when you choose to subscribe.
The first month is refundable, no questions asked, and you can cancel anytime from settings — no email, no retention call.
Yes. The Team plan is month-to-month and cancellable from settings — no email required. The first month is refundable in full within 30 days. Enterprise contracts run on the agreed term but can be cancelled at renewal.
Customer data is stored in our US region. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 and backups sit in the same region as the primary. We never move customer data to another region without your written request.
Not yet — we’re honest about it. Today we run RBAC, row-level tenant isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and an append-only audit log. The full security posture lives at /security. SOC 2 Type 1 is on the roadmap for the next 12 months.
Yes — Aura 4 is local-first. Every change is written to your device first, then reconciled with the team in real time. Bad wifi, plane mode, browser crashes — none of it loses your work.
Not yet — and we won’t pretend otherwise. Aura is standalone today: a focus-and-truth layer you run alongside those tools, not a hub wired into them. Native integrations (Slack, GitHub, Linear) are on the roadmap; until they ship, we’d rather say “not yet” than list connectors that don’t exist.
Pulse watches a small set of named signals: how long a task has sat relative to your team’s median age, drops in completion velocity, reassignment churn, and reopened-task spikes. When a signal crosses its threshold, you see the alert with the actual signals listed — not a black-box score. How each signal works is documented at /product/ai-pulse.
